Everyone was very nice, very clean property, nice big rooms and good location. The food at the restaurants was very good.

The courteousness and sincerity of the staff. They all were very friendly and went above and beyond to provide great service. From the front desk staff, the bar staff, the restaurant staff, to the room cleaners, they were all marvelous people. Special thanks to Gina and Luis, bar attendants, who were very warm and talented professionals. Last room service was a great touch added to serve its clientele. They were very eco-friendly and used a QR code for the food menu; the food was good as well.

Location good staff friendly and once they made an error on room service corrected immediately.

This is an amazing hotel. We live on the peninsula and come to Merida from time to time but have never stayed in this area. We will now, returning to this hotel whenever possible. Staff is excellent.

Great location right off the main street of Merida. Facilities are still new, the room is big and quiet. The breakfast was excellent.
