The courteousness and sincerity of the staff. They all were very friendly and went above and beyond to provide great service. From the front desk staff, the bar staff, the restaurant staff, to the room cleaners, they were all marvelous people. Special thanks to Gina and Luis, bar attendants, who were very warm and talented professionals. Last room service was a great touch added to serve its clientele. They were very eco-friendly and used a QR code for the food menu; the food was good as well.

The rooms were very nicely decorated, very functional and well thought out. The staff were on top of everything and provided excellent customer service. I can't think of one negative thing during my stay.

The room was incredibly wide and clean. Hotel staff was very kind. The garage contains a lot of parking lots to place your car. It permits to have many cars, so it is always possible to find a free parking.

In all my years of travel this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The staff and facilities are beyond exceptional and the location perfect for a visit to Merida. It is also great value for the quality you get.
