The courteousness and sincerity of the staff. They all were very friendly and went above and beyond to provide great service. From the front desk staff, the bar staff, the restaurant staff, to the room cleaners, they were all marvelous people. Special thanks to Gina and Luis, bar attendants, who were very warm and talented professionals. Last room service was a great touch added to serve its clientele. They were very eco-friendly and used a QR code for the food menu; the food was good as well.

The rooms were very nicely decorated, very functional and well thought out. The staff were on top of everything and provided excellent customer service. I can't think of one negative thing during my stay.

This is an amazing hotel. We live on the peninsula and come to Merida from time to time but have never stayed in this area. We will now, returning to this hotel whenever possible. Staff is excellent.

In all my years of travel this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The staff and facilities are beyond exceptional and the location perfect for a visit to Merida. It is also great value for the quality you get.

The room was incredibly wide and clean. Hotel staff was very kind. The garage contains a lot of parking lots to place your car. It permits to have many cars, so it is always possible to find a free parking.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. The personnel was also very kind and helpful.

Excellent location. 20 minute walk to the City center and other attractions. Rooms were very clean and great service. Valet parking onsite.
